This is the fix when the printer will no longer printer/scan. It will flash the orange light 7 times.

1. Power off the printer
2. Press and hold STOP button
3. Press and hold POWER button
4. Release STOP, and press STOP 5 times while still pressing POWER button
5. Release POWER button
6. Wait until the green light stops blinking

At this point the orange light will stop blinking. Wait until green light is solid. Printer is now in SERVICE mode.

1. Press STOP 5 times, then press the POWER button

The printer will now reset and print a test page. After the page has printed, press STOP 3 times and then press the POWER button.

It will print the final page and start working, nchallah.
